Building Construction and Trades
Description:
BCT is a construction program that introduces students to a variety of skills in the construction career field. The trade skills introduced are carpentry, masonry and plumbing. The BCT program is a good choice for the student who would like to have a basic knowledge of all of the trade skills. For example a student whose goals include supervision of trades as a general contractor, project manager, construction company owner or code enforcement inspector should enroll in this program. BCT is also a good choice for the student who is considering a post secondary school or an approved apprenticeship program.
