Assistant Director

Position available starting July 1, 2020 for an Assistant Director at the Franklin County Career and Technology Center.  Preference given for an individual possessing a Vocational Director certification and a Master’s Degree in Education.  Experience required with professional development, supervision of staff, curriculum management, marketing and promotion of CTE and enrollment/admissions processes.  Familiarity with Perkins processes is a plus.  Looking for a highly motivated team player able to multi-task.

Certified School Nurse

186 Day Contracted Position available starting August 17, 2020 for a Certified School Nurse. Experienced preferred in working with students in applied learning environment involved in workplace settings.  Knowledge of safety standards and ability to work as a team player a must.

Pennsylvania School Law requires that all applicants for employment in public and private schools, employees of independent contractors seeking business with public and private schools, and student teacher candidates undergo background checks if they will have direct contact with students. In addition, employment history reviews must be completed for all applicants seeking employment.

The following three background checks are required:

  • Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance
  • Pennsylvania State Police Request for Criminal Records Check
  • Federal Criminal History Record Information (CHRI)
