Title IX
What is Title IX? – “No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.” 20 USCA Sec. 1681
New Title IX Regulations – On May 6, 2020, the U.S. Department of Education issued a 2033 page document that amended the regulations implementing the Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and which contained the new Final Regulations.
