What is Title IX? –
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX) is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in federally funded education programs and activities.
“No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be
excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be
subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity

FCCTC maintains an open enrollment policy. Open enrollment refers to whether parents can send their children to any public school, regardless of where it is located. FCCTC will work with parents and our sending schools to provide access to career and technical education for all students and ensure location is not a barrier to determine education.
