INVITATION TO BID

The Franklin County Career and Technology Center seeks qualified bidders to provide the following equipment to be used in our Welding program.

Kalamazoo Metal Muncher 4’ x 3/8’’ Hydraulic Shear
With added 48’’ support arms/ front gauges
(Complete with needed accessories for installation)

Include delivery, installation, instruction, and warranty

No material substitutions will be allowed for bidding purposes. Vendor will provide training and setup. Bids will be received by mail to the attention of Neil Rotz, Business Manager, Franklin County Career and Technology Center, 2463 Loop Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202 or emailed to Neil.Rotz@franklinctc.com until Monday, September 21, 2026 at 12:00p.m., prevailing time. Proposals will be opened in the Main Office Conference Room immediately following. Bids are scheduled to be accepted or rejected by the Franklin County Career and Technology Center Joint Operating Committee at the September 2026 Joint Operating Committee meeting.
